FAQ Funeral Flowers

Funeral Flowers FAQ – Bespoke Blooms Floristry, Ayrshire

Do you create bespoke funeral flowers in Ayrshire?

Yes – my funeral floristry is always bespoke and heartfelt. I understand that farewell flowers carry deep meaning, and I take time to listen to your wishes so that every detail reflects the love and memory of your loved one. From casket sprays and wreaths to venue dressing, I design tributes that feel personal, thoughtful, and timeless.

What makes your funeral flowers different?

My own journey into floristry began with grief, when I created a tribute for my mother-in-law. That experience shaped everything I do today. I know how important it is for funeral flowers to feel personal and comforting, not just beautiful. Families often tell me they can see the heart I put into my arrangements – and that means everything to me.

Can you incorporate personal touches into funeral tributes?

Absolutely. I often include flowers, foliage, or sentimental items that hold special meaning. For example, I’ve used blooms taken from a loved one’s garden to create a truly unique tribute. These little details can bring comfort and help reflect the life of the person you’re honouring.

Do you visit families at home?

Yes. Many families prefer to talk through flowers in the comfort of their own home. I’m always happy to visit you across Ayrshire to discuss options gently and without any pressure. It’s important to me that the process feels kind, calm, and supportive.

What types of funeral flowers do you offer?

I can create a wide range of arrangements, including:

  • Casket sprays and coffin dressing

  • Wreaths and posies

  • Church and funeral venue flowers

  • Bespoke tributes such as names, hearts, or crosses

Each piece is created with care to reflect your loved one and the message you wish to convey. Let me know what you would like and I will do my best to create it for you, I've perviously made guitars, motorbikes and many other bespoke memorial items.

How much notice do you need for funeral flowers?

Where possible, a few days’ notice allows me to source the perfect flowers. However, I’ll always do my best to accommodate last-minute requests. My priority is making sure your loved one is honoured with flowers that feel special.

Do you only cover South Ayrshire?

I’m based in Dailly, Girvan, Ayrshire, and most of my funeral floristry is local. This allows me to give families a truly personal service. If you’re arranging a farewell in South Ayrshire, I’d be honoured to create flowers that reflect your loved one’s life and memory.
