I know you might have a few questions before ordering or booking, so here’s a helpful guide to some of the things I’m most often asked. If your question isn’t answered here, please do get in touch — I’ll be happy to help.

Do you offer local flower delivery in South Ayrshire?

Yes, I provide local delivery across Girvan, South Ayrshire and surrounding villages for bouquets, arrangements, funeral flowers, and wedding consultations.
📍 I work from my home studio in Dailly, near Girvan, South Ayrshire.
👉 I deliver bouquets within a 10 mile radius (for a small fee) wedding and other event deliveries are bespoke depending on location. 

Can I collect flowers from you?

Yes, you’re very welcome to collect your flowers directly from my home studio in Dailly by prior arrangement. I’ll confirm a suitable time when your order is ready.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept cash, bank transfer and card payment. 

How much notice do you need for an order?

This depends on the type of flowers:

  • Bouquets & Arrangements: Ideally 48 hours or more so I can source the freshest seasonal blooms.

  • Funeral Flowers: A minimum of one weeks notice helps me create the perfect tribute, though I’ll always try to accommodate last-minute requests.

  • Wedding Flowers: Most couples book 12–18 months in advance, but please enquire — I may still have availability.

How do I look after my flowers at home?

Here are a few simple tips to help your flowers last as long as possible:

  1. Trim stems at an angle before placing in water.

  2. Use a clean vase and refresh the water every 2–3 days.

  3. Keep flowers away from direct heat, radiators, or strong sunlight.

  4. Remove any leaves that sit below the water line to prevent bacteria.

  5. Re-cut stems regularly to help them absorb water.

Do you offer bespoke designs?

Yes, everything I create is bespoke. Whether it’s a bridal bouquet, farewell tribute, or seasonal arrangement, I’ll work with you to design something unique and meaningful.

Do you require a deposit?

For weddings and larger events, I usually require a deposit of 50% to secure your booking. The balance is due 2 weeks before the date.

Do you deliver outside Ayrshire?

Rarely but for larger weddings and events yes.

Do you run workshops all year round?

Yes, I offer seasonal workshops in Ayrshire, including my most popular Christmas wreath making workshops, along with private and corporate workshops by arrangement. Keep an eye on my social pages for dates, or join my mailing list to hear first.
